Are you a Psychology graduate looking to earn some money and experience? Are you interested in working with children/young adults? Are you based in or within a commutable distance of Southport?


Tradewind Recruitment are able to provide flexible work opportunities that can fit around your studies as well as long-term, full-time work for Psychology graduates in the Southport area.

You will be paid a day rate from £77.00 per day, equating to £385.00 per week.


Alternatively, if you are seeking to proceed to a career in teaching you could be deployed as a Cover Supervisor.

In which you would supervise classes of students in the absence of the regular teacher overseeing completion of set cover work and managing behaviour.


  • Be a graduate or currently studying with free days through the week
  • Ideally have previous experience working with young people in any capacity
  • Be able to build and maintain positive relationships in a small amount of time
  • Take initiative
  • Have great interpersonal skills
  • Have resilience, energy and a positive attitude

What you need:

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained
