The Role: As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and assisting with the day-to-day running of the classroom

Your responsibilities will include:


Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.

Assisting with the planning and preparation of engaging and interactive lessons and learning activities.

Supporting students with additional needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Promoting positive behaviour management strategies and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being and academic success of each child.

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, education, or a related field would be advantageous.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
