If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant at a thriving primary school in South Liverpool.

The Role:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities and resources.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.
Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Promoting positive behaviour management strategies and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being and academic success of each child.Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
