Temporary PA - Immediate Start - Rochdale - 35 hours per week


Our client is a high performing and busy organisation that seeks an experienced PA to assist one of their most senior leaders as well as other key partners in the business.


This is a great role in a unique organisation for someone looking to develop their skills as a PA in a hugely varied and supportive role.

The ideal PA will be professional, well spoken, experienced and someone who is confident in communicating with a range of people at all levels and used to working in a standalone role.

This role is paying £14.00 per hour with the favourable working hours of 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management
  • Reception cover
  • Maintaining shared calendar
  • Booking flights and accommodation for travel
  • Taking calls and distributing or taking messages
  • Overseeing the creation of documents, including distribution
  • Processing expenses
  • Organising meetings, including preparing for external and internal meetings
  • Working with the team to organise various staff social activities.
