We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join the PA network supporting the Finance business unit of AXA Health.

Providing administrative and business support to one or more Senior Leaders, you will report to the Executive PA.

You will be expected to work 2 days per week in our Tunbridge wells office with the flexibility for more days depending on any on-site events.

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactive management of Senior Leader(s) diary, ensuring focus on agreed priorities and supporting efficient time management to enable prioritisation and focus on value adding and strategic activity.
  • Proactive management of Senior Leader(s) tasks, highlighting priorities and deadlines.
  • Preparation of relevant documents for meetings as required including circulating to the necessary stakeholders prior to meetings and support in designing and gaining the necessary input into templates.
  • Provide meeting support including note taking, production of accurate minutes post meeting and follow up on actions.
  • Organise team meetings and events (including social activities) both virtually and face to face.
  • Organise business travel.
  • Manage Senior Leader(s) expenses.
  • Establish efficient reporting channels to monitor progress of business issues.
  • Contribute to project work as and when required.
  • Relationship management with all Senior Leader(s) direct reports and stakeholders.
  • Build effective partnership relationships with other PA's and teams across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience providing PA support or a strong desire to develop into role
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Event management and organisation
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility, adaptability and able to multitask whilst working in a fastpaced environment
  • Highly professional approach, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of admin software including Microsoft Office, Sharepoint & other appropriate inhouse systems
  • Collaborative


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
