Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and find suitable resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Contract length: 60 months

Salary:
£7.44-£12.68 per hour
