Customer Service Executive/ Apprentice

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and find suitable resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Contract length: 60 months
Salary:
£7.44-£12.68 per hour
