About the Role:
As an Account Executive reporting to the Head of Client Services, your key responsibilities will include managing client requests, generating quotes,
and coordinating tasks with design and development teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient delivery of support requests, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather accurate client requirements and brief developers effectively
- Maintain up-to-date logs of client requests and ensure timely completion within budget
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates
- Collaborate with design and development teams
- Review and approve finished work before client delivery
- Identify opportunities for account expansion
