Ashton Recruitment require a Website Administrator for our client based in Belfast.

Position: Key Account Executive

Location: Belfast

Duration: Permanent

Rate of Pay: £25,000 per year

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30

Duties include (but not limited to):
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor.

2. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing key clients, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue growth.

3. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service and support.

4. Develop account plans for key clients, outlining strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

6. Collaborate with clients on contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities and potential challenges.

8. Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed client expectations.

9. Implement strategies to improve customer retention and minimize churn, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.

10. Monitor key account metrics and KPIs, tracking progress towards revenue targets and providing regular reports to management.

Essential Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or similar role, with a track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to identify opportunities and drive strategic account planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of the Electrical products is a plus.
