Supervisor required for a small yet busy Italian pub/restaurant.

You will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day running of the front of the house and managing when the manager is absent.


Duties will include:

  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner
  • Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
  • Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.

Part-time hours: 25-50 per week

Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
