Diamond Health Group are recruiting a patient care co-ordinator. This is a varied role combining both reception and administrative duties.

You will work with the practice team to provide a high level of service to our patients and will be involved in:

  • Ensuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Signposting new and followup appointments by telephone and online consult to manage an efficient appointment service
  • Receiving and making telephone calls as required, ensuring that patients are signposted to the correct clinicians
  • Processing post, scanning,
  • Electronic filing of documents and patient letters and clinically coding as appropriate
  • Completing patient related tasks

Salary:
£9.69 per hour
