The Team
The Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team supports Norton Rose Fulbright across Europe, the Middle and Asia (EMEA) to win profitable work and strengthen the firm's brand.
With more than 7,000 people working across 50 offices, there is a strategicneed for high quality shared services, robust processes, effective data capture and efficient internal reporting.
The MBD Operations team, a key function of MBD, is responsible for change management and process improvement, ensuring we have the right toolsand processes in place so we can carry out our roles in the most effective and efficient way helping the MBD function enhance the value it delivers to the business.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EMEA experience collection process and increase engagement
- Support the legal directories process
- Lead all league table deal collection, tracking and submissions quarterly
- Produce monthly reports for distribution to various internal stakeholders, including senior management
- Provide assistance on additional team projects
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree (marketing or business preferred but not necessary).
- Strong writing skills, as well as superior proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytic skills ability to conduct research and track trends.
- A selfstarter who can work on own initiative and is proactive in developing ideas and solutions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal skills including being a team player
