About NRG
NRG is a leading law firm seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their marketing department. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the firm's marketing strategy and ensuring the successful execution of marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the BDM and BD Director to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the firm's overall strategy.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve successful outcomes, including the creation of high-quality content.
- Lead the marketing delivery team to execute and commission others to deliver marketing aspects of these plans.
- Work with sector leads and the Content Team to create content that demonstrates the firm's expertise and re-purposes content to a sector-specific audience.
- Encourage and ensure that group members are feeding into this process and sharing content to help develop reputation and audience.
- Commission and coordinate campaigns, conduct competitor reviews, and identify opportunities for growth or potential creation of products.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional manager of people, able to develop, encourage, challenge, and inspire those who they manage.
- Ability to work with and influence people at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, video, podcasts, and emerging marketing trends.
- Project management.
- Writing and production of marcomms materials.
- Some events management, social media management, SEO, SEM experience preferred.
- Communicating clearly and persuasively at a senior level.
