About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Assistant will be:

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers
  • Process and record customer payments
  • Reconciling accounts receivable records with the general ledger
  • Following up on overdue payments and collections
  • Assisting in resolving payment disputes with customers
  • Maintaining organised records and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Accounts Receivable Assistant will:

  • Have the ability to use initiative
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to process information quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced with EXCEL
  • Drive and eagerness to learn and develop
