We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Assistant/Relief Assistant Steward to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times.

You will also have previous experience in a supervisory role and as a key holder when providing cover as a Relief Assistant Steward.


Duties:

  • Greet customers as they arrive and take their orders
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Ensure that the bar area is clean and wellstocked at all times
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender or bar staff in a supervisory role
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Good communication skills and a friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be at least 21 years old
