Overview


We are a well established, family business with offices in Richmond and Catterick Garrison and we are seeking a friendly, efficient, hard working and enthusiastic person to join our team.

At Irvings, the customer always comes first, whether that is a seller, a buyer, a landlord or a tenant. It is our aim to ensure that all receive the highest quality of service.

The role will suit you if you are happy in a very busy office environment and you can bring with you a strong customer service ethos.

This role is crucial in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

We are a friendly and approachable team, and whilst the role is demanding, there are no sales targets and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Hours:

Monday to Friday : 9am to 5pm (1/2 an hour lunch)

One in three Saturday mornings only, on a rotational basis: 9.30am to 12 noon

Location:

Covering Richmond and Catterick Offices by rotation

Skills/Experience required:

You must be a team player, hard working, organised, enthusiastic, pro active, whilst also have good numeracy, literacy and IT knowledge

Previous experience is essential within a property related industry

Key Strengths:

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal, face to face and written
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Driving license would be helpful, but not essential

Holidays:

33 days holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays
