Hey there We're on the lookout for a Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our awesome team. We need someone who can handle all sorts of maintenance tasks, from installations to preventive maintenance. If you're a pro at fault finding, repairs, and overseeing contractors, then you're exactly who we're looking for



Key Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support for site services and equipment
- Perform AHU, FCU, and mechanical servicing/maintenance
- Participate in on-call rota and seasonal shift patterns
- Prioritize work to meet business needs
- Ensure high maintenance standards and quality of work
- Offer specialist technical support for building equipment
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Maintain a professional and confidential approach
- Cover for colleagues when needed
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
- And more

Requirements:
- Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ level 3)
- Experience in Building Services and mechanical maintenance
- Ability to write reports and follow instructions
- Familiarity with BMS and Electrical systems
- Full clean driving licence
