Are you a people person with a passion for HR processes and administration? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HR Officer. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Completing disciplinary meetings, outcome meetings, and investigations
- Attending exit interviews
- Working alongside line managers to oversee absence management
- Processing occupational health referrals
- Posting advertisements for job openings and shortlisting candidates
- Completing the full onboarding process for new team members
- Ensuring compliance and carrying out audits
- Overseeing health and safety procedures
Essential experience and skills:
- CIPD Level 3 or above qualification
- Previous experience in HR or Compliance Administration roles
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of recruitment administration processes
