My client, a leading fintech brokerage firm in London, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to contribute to the evolution of financial technology solutions. If you have a background in finance, economic and/or operations related field and a keen interest in finance and trading, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer services and onboarding management
  • Define and implement workflows, SLAs, and training for all products and solutions;
  • Work closely with the Trading, Operations and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation and customer service support for our transactional banking clients;
  • Ensure that all necessary support tools such as Pipedrive, trading groups, and content management tools are integrated effectively in the team;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding process;
  • Understand client's requirements and tailor the implementation process accordingly;
  • Continuously monitor, measure, and improve the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Work closely with multiple countries, defining standards and overseeing and executing the migration plan from legacy platforms;
  • Assist in daily Operations.
The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who Has/can
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a finance, economic and/or operations related field
  • Strong numeracy and Microsoft Excel literacy
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to prioritize and work to close deadlines
  • Detail oriented with strong risk awareness and analytical mind
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, when dealing with complex queries
  • Good knowledge on market practice and regulatory requirement
  • Previous experience in financial services/banking payment operations
