The Role:


This role is one that enables us to manage our production and project delivery process at all stages from briefing to concept, execution to delivery.

The Senior IP role is responsible for taking the lead on the largest and most complex productions and campaigns, often guiding and working with the support mid-weight IPs to deliver.

You will be part of the Marketing Operations function, who take an 'end to end' strategic approach to managing projects as well as optimising the efficiency of the Marketing department from a commercial and delivery perspective.

You will need a proven track record of producing content, managing projects and overseeing multiple projects at a time, as well as exceptional planning, budgeting and confidently presenting to peers and senior stakeholders.


Responsibilities...

  • With a detailed approach, manage the endtoend process for assigned workstreams and projects; everything from project scoping/briefing, ideation phases, production (location, studio, remote) right through to roll out.
  • Use your experience to work efficiently within an assigned budget, across multiple markets / languages, and channel outputs and various production requirements
  • At ASOS we need to be reactive, so it's important our processes are nimble, simple and best set up to manage constant change and quick turnarounds. Lead by example, adhering to best practice and holding project teams accountable to do the same.
  • Enthusiasm and passion about creative, creative operations and creating new and diverse ways of working is key
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors, agents and artists
  • Talent, artist, photographer, director, location and production partner outreach and contract negotiations
  • Line management of 3 direct reports as well as mentorship to more junior team members

What you'll be doing...

  • Managing and liaising with senior and project teams across the Marketing Dept to ensure all stakeholders, internally & externally, are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
  • Implementing processes that keep projects and workstreams functioning and moving in an efficient and effective way. Support the Marketing Ops and Integrated Production Lead to constantly improve the planning and production processes, making recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level.
  • Responsible for implementing work documents, project delivery plans, and timelines. Managing budgets and those across the business stakeholders including, but not limited to CRM, HP, Social, PR, Creative & Fashion, video and retail.
  • Delivering projects and producing creative assets across multiple channels (including but not limited to digital assets: social and onsite content. Inc HP, hubs, video shoots, still life shoots, model shoots, moving image shoots, social assets, paid social assets and talentled content)
  • Managing post project retrospectives and making sure that all learnings are turned into actions which will be fed back into the processes of the department

Qualifications:

We'd love to meet someone with...

  • Experience in producing medium to large scale shoots across video and moving image (location, studio, remote), influencer content, complex design led briefs
  • Understanding of the intricacies of creative and design development and how to support it and guide it through a complex business and channel landscape but always balancing with operational efficiency
  • Experience delivering multiple projects at once in a fastpaced environment. Agency, retail, ecommerce, fashion experience favourable.
  • Line management experience including upskilling, performance reviews, day to day team support
