An exciting opportunity has arisen in The Telford and Wrekin Community Mental Health Service for a dedicated Clinic Lead to join the team.
The full time position will focus on the effective facilitation of the depot and Clozapine clinics incorporating our Physical Health Pathway to provide a seamless service to patients.
You will need to be aware of some of the unique challenges that present themselves across the community mental health landscape including an awareness of Population Health data for our area and how this can inform our services moving forward.
This is a newly developed role with scope to shape the service working alongside our Senior Collective Leadership for Telford and Wrekin.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills to lead their clinic staff whilst also supporting the wider team in a leadership role.
