Pat Testing/ Legionella Risk Assesment

We are currently looking for qualified PAT Tester or Legionella Risk Assessor to work within our group on an ad-hoc basis.

This would be across properties we manage across Manchester and Liverpool Region.


The role currently will be an ad-hoc position to help to manage around 150 properties in the Manchester and Liverpool region.


The properties in our portfolio are Supported Living services, there may be times where you will be in the properties with the service users and their care team.

For this reason, applicants will require an Enhanced DBS.


This role will require you to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle as travelling will be expected.

Mileage is Included.

Job Type:
Zero hours contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
