Your Role

As a Water Hygiene Legionella Risk Assessor, you will:

  1. Conduct Thorough Assessments: Evaluate water systems, identify risks, and implement control measures to ensure compliance with Legionella regulations.
  2. Report Accurately: Document findings, risk levels, compliance status, and mitigation recommendations.
  3. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients on-site and in-office, providing technical support and guidance.
  4. Regular Monitoring: Perform maintenance, monthly monitoring (PPMs), inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
  5. Promote Hygiene Awareness: Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of water hygiene and compliance.
  6. Expand Your Skills: Receive training to quote for renewal and new maintenance contracts, paving the way for career advancement.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

What Were Looking For

  1. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Legionella regulations and guidelines (ACOP L*, HSG274, and HTMs for England, Wales, and Scotland).
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  4. Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Water Hygiene management (e.g., City and Guilds Legionella Control).
