LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR A WELL ESTABLISHED LOCAL ESTATE AGENTS

LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR TO JOIN THE EXISTING TEAM

BASIC SALARY £21/22,000 DOE OTE £23-24,000

Monday-Friday 9am pm - Every other saturday 9am - 5pm

Duties:

  • Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Showing people around properties in the local area
  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Matching customer needs for renting of properties
  • General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:

  • You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car
  • Minimum 6 months sales or lettings experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will be articulate
  • You will have good interpersonal and people skills
  • You will be wellpresented and professional in appearance
  • You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
  • You will thrive in a fastpaced and busy environment
  • Able to work a 5 days week including a Saturday
