Contribute to the specific Insight agenda (Trade & Channel to build the business knowledge and participate in straightforward, easier, faster, and more effective business decision making & strategy formulation of the local AEI business.

In this position you will:

  • Support the local SP&I team deliverables (in T&Ch) to deliver effective, robust, and consistent decisionmaking insightdriven knowledge in line with the business cycle and/or the process of formulation of commercial strategies.
  • Deliver regular objective analysis and insights to support the day to day needs of key commercial functions
  • Contribute to Local Category Strategy formulation and development via T&Ch/ B&C understandings
  • Provide support and constructive challenge to business in:
  • Provision of data & insight to support brand portfolio review within the context of the desired category structure.
  • Contribute to estimating and modelling scenarios of market and category development as an input to strategic reviews (in cooperation with other relevant teams)
  • Support Innovation agenda development of new initiatives with relevant inputs from all the areas of T&Ch
  • Contribute to local market inputs covering T&Ch insights used in 3Y MTP process to support local markets to ensure final plans are delivered.
  • Implementat T&Ch insight methodologies, processes and tools for effective knowledge and data management in the area SP&I, insight formulation, across the region.
  • Implement local usage of research protocols, ways of working, actionable knowledge deriving processes for the specific areas of T&Ch understandings.
  • Support excellence in business, brand, and channel IAP planning, ensuring insight drives superior decision making around where to play and how to win with support for each market & functions in the area of T&Ch.
  • Contribute to delivering local commercial objectives by efficient utilisation of allocated resources in line with locally approved research plan in T&Ch.
  • Contribute to the development of local innovations by: leveraging the bestinclass research tools are used, action standards clearly defined, and learnings applied to optimise outcomes. Working in effective collaboration way with group insights for innovation agenda support.
  • Support the local Corporate Affairs & Sustainability agenda in the development & support for sustainability agenda, stakeholder messaging and category image management.

Qualification Criteria

  • Undergraduate degree in Commercial/ Maths/ Finance
  • At least 1year experiences in Insight & Data analysis senior position
  • At least 1 year of experience in supporting role for commercial strategy development and category development initiatives.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing insight projects.
  • A basic understanding of fundamental commercial processes, measurements and roles
  • Experiences with crossfunctional teams' cooperation & support provided across an organization.
  • Experiences with insight project management
  • Ability to synthesise different information sources and derive clear recommendations.
  • Familiar with the key sources of data, information and insight and how they should be utilized to support better decision making
