Duties to Include:
Data entry across Excel and the CRM
Paper management - i.e. copying, filing
Liaison with Engineers and other departments
Other administrative tasks as required
Skills:
Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent time management and prioritisation of tasks
Self-motivated and proactive
Confident telephone manner
High standard of written communication skills
Internal training, company workwear and private healthcare all provided
