Job Introduction

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Senior Finance and Project Business Partner, to join the Finance team.

Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Leading the Finance Business Partners to provide accurate and timely financial information including aiding the preparation of primary and associated financial statements, carrying out financial modelling, project support and financial analysis of budgets and forecasts on projects and schemes.
  • To take an active and strategic role working with the Head of Finance to ensure that resources available are used effectively and represent Value for Money, including supporting budget monitoring, setting and reporting.
Are you someone who is qualified accountant, an effective communicator with a positive and proactive attitude, and ultimately always focuses on delivery?
