Job Summary

The role involves being a crucial part of the E-rostering team, focusing on cleaning and inputting data in the Healthroster system to maintain accurate staff information.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Assist in cleansing data associated with the e-rostering system
  • Correct or remove incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate data in the Healthroster system
  • Conduct regular roster audits and address inaccuracies
  • Proactively communicate with Healthroster end-users on rostering deadlines
  • Manage database cleanse routines
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Healthroster database
  • Analyze data for any concerns or inaccuracies
  • Update team on new cleanse processes
  • Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks
