Guildhall Young Artists Taunton (GYA Taunton) is one of Somerset's most exciting Saturday performing arts centre offering a range of classes and performance opportunities for 5 to 18-year-olds in music and drama.

Based at Richard Huish College, Taunton, young people develop their creativity and access high quality training across a variety of styles and genres.


As the centre is expanding, we are seeking additional tutors and wish to appoint an energetic and highly skilled team of tutors, top practitioners and industry professionals, across a variety of styles and genres to teach our U18 students, and to ensure that Guildhall Young Artists provides an excellent creative education.

We wish to appoint a diverse pool of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals with a proven track record in any of the following:

Conductor / Director for GYA Taunton's Orchestra & Strings Group
Lower Strings Tutor
Drums & Percussion Tutor


The successful candidate will be committed to developing young students, from a variety of backgrounds, to reach their full potential.
