Role Overview

  • Reporting to the Head of External and Internal Communications you'll develop strategies, and deliver communications, to engage our internal and external stakeholders
  • You'll help us to develop the communications strategy to turn strategy into action
  • You'll be accountable for delivering a wide range of external comms campaigns to attract and retain colleagues:
  • Develop and deliver social media campaigns, focused on recruitment
  • Develop and deliver PR campaigns
  • Deliver material to support local recruitment activity
  • Manage award entries
  • Content management of websites including writing blogs
  • You'll be accountable for delivering a wide range of internal comms campaigns to support business strategy, engage colleagues and promote wellbeing
  • Develop and deliver an internal communications calendar of activity
  • Equip leaders to engage their teams
  • Own and develop the intranet and engagement app
  • Manage change and integration communications
  • Deliver virtual and facetoface events
  • Use measurement and insight to report on activity and influence plans
  • You'll be an excellent copywriter
  • Develop comms communities as a source of content and feedback

Responsibilities:

Deliver communications

  • Create campaigns to maximise impact from the available budget
  • Manage the internal and external editorial calendars
