As a People Partner here at Hollywood Bowl Group, you'll be in our centres five days of the week supporting the centres in your region (South Coast), working in partnership with Regional Support Managers, Centre Managers and the People team.Partnering with key stakeholders, you will lead and drive internal development, succession planning, training and organisation change to ensure talented and engaged teams, thriving with potential. To be successful as an People Partner, you'll have:Industry experience in multi-site HR operations in leisure, hospitality or retail sectorHR professional with a clear understanding of broad range of HRFlexibility to operate on broad policy level as well as detailed case management levelStrong commercial awareness as well as technical expertise preferredExcellent relationship and rapport building ability with people at all levels of the organisation. Must have excellent communication, strong influencing skills and the ability to make things happen through othersGood interpersonal skills along with flexibility and the ability to manage multiple and complex tasksDegree qualified and HR qualification preferred, but not essential
