Gymnastics Hall Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to become our Gymnastics Hall Manager and join our fun, friendly and dynamic club. To build and enhance our programme with opportunities from Pre School right up to Elite Gymnastics.

Full time salary starting rate: £29,078.00 per annum (depending on experience and coaching level)

Full Training and progression will be offered and paid for by the club as well as on the job training. (Safeguarding, DBS and First Aid)

City of Bristol Gymnastics Centre, Teyfant Road, BS13 0RF is home to a purpose built Multi activity gymnastics facility with a full range of gymnastics equipment and diverse activities for all ages and abilities. 

Classes that we offer in our centre:

Recreational gymnastics classes Preschool classes SEN Sessions Holiday session Parent and Toddler Sessions Baby Explore and Go Sessions Birthday parties Adults

Job Description:

Coach and manage the various discipline classes to all ages and abilities appropriate to your coaching level. Develop the class programme and introduce new classes Make sure all sessions are run to British Gymnastics guidelines and policies. Manage and train our coaching team to increase our offering Liaising with parents about performance of children Make sure the gym hall always has appropriately qualified coaches Maintain welfare and safeguarding within the club as per British Gymnastics

Skills required:

Must be a British Gymnastics level 2 qualified coach or above Excellent communication skills Good time management A fast learner with great organisational skills and a good role model Previous management experience desirable Please send all C.V’s and questions through to ellie@almsport.co.uk
