Style: Renovated in 2019, the Little Angel is a fantastic restaurant and bar located on the outskirts of Henley on Thames.  With a strong modern British menu, a large bar and garden area it is the perfect venue to catch up with friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

Trade facilities: Front bar has 35 covers, main restaurant/conservatory has 65 covers. The outside terrace/deck has 65 covers and its own bar servery.  Large commercial kitchen. Car park for 32 cars.

Private facilities: Currently used as staff accommodation, office, 1 double with en suite and 2 single bedrooms, bathroom.

The minimum capital required is £30,500
