A Typical Day in the Job:

Your Training with Baltic:
You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. Youll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.

Expert Module: This course is designed to equip learners with the skills needed to create and manage effective Google Ads campaigns while preparing for the Google Ads Search Certification. Covering essential campaign structures, key performance metrics, and optimisation techniques, this course ensures learners can confidently navigate Google Ads and maximise campaign performance.
Bespoke Modules: Adobe Premiere Pro - This course introduces Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on essential video editing techniques and tools. Learners will gain the skills to create professional-quality videos, from importing footage to finalising and exporting projects.
Adobe Photoshop - This course focuses on developing essential Photoshop skills to create impressive designs, graphics, and images. Learners will explore the fundamental tools and techniques needed to navigate Photoshops workspace and master editing and creative processes.
