Job Location: West London

Volvo Car UK has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join Endeavour Volvo West London. Endeavours mission is to provide exceptional service and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction in every aspect of automotive retail.

What you will do:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales to our customers, including finance, insurance, warranties, and any other additional products. The Sales Executive will act as Endeavours front brand advocates, therefore will support our mission by creating using their creativity and drive to assist in the development of memorable experiences and consistent level of excellent customer service.

Who you are:

The Sales Executive we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to performance. For this role you must have the following: -

  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • 1 year's sales experience within the automotive industry desirable
