About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Social Director to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in TikTok Shop, as well as Meta advertising. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid social strategies, managing client relationships, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across TikTok Shop, & Meta
- Develop best practices and strategies for TikTok Shop, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Manage multiple client accounts, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Oversee campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, especially in paid social and e-commerce.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring best-in-class execution.
- Support new business pitches and contribute to agency-wide digital strategy.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, ideally within an agency or e-commerce environment.
✅ Proven track record in TikTok Shop advertising—essential for this role.
✅ Strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and Display.
✅ Client-facing experience, with the ability to present strategies and insights effectively.
✅ Hands-on experience with ad tech tools, data analytics, and performance tracking.
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
