Job Description

Weare looking for a Senior Direct Sales Executive to achieve thecompany’s revenue target for new business in line with thecompany’s strategy for customer size, type and servicemix.

Key Tasks/Areas ofResponsibility

  • To identify and developa personal prospect funnel sufficient in size to fund new businesstargets as laid down in the company’s strategicplan
  • Monitor performance of new customers toensure they trade to agreed profile and terms and make the requiredcontribution. Agree and deliver action plans if variances occurusing the Salesforce Account Actionreports 
  • Facilitate handover of newaccounts to the relevant Account Owner Account within the first 8weeks of trade
  • Support with calling potentialand existing customers and taking the necessary action following amarketing campaign
  • To achieve productivitytarget as agreed
  • To create accurateopportunities through Salesforce whilst updating and maintainingSalesforce
  • To embrace all new products as andwhen launched by the company
  • Ensure an up todate personal knowledge of operational processes anddevelopments
  • To obtain all the correctdocumentation required to process a credit facility to a minimum ofISO standard

Qualifications

Aboutyou 

Your career history will be able toevidence success within direct sales at senior level or similarenvironment and a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fastpaced sales environment.

Your outstandingcommunication, persuading and influencing skills will be fullyutilised in this role as will your ability to focus on yourcustomers to fully understand their needs and gain theircommitment.

  • The ability to manage own timeeffectively to meet targets and deadlines
  • Theability to structure daily workload and organise timely call backactivities.
  • Must have an excellent telephonemanner to communicate clearly, fluently and withenthusiasm
  • Be able to adapt own style to suitthe needs of internal and external customers
  • Beable to deal with objection handling
  • Have theability to work under pressure and demonstrate a positive,resilient approach
  • Demonstrate knowledge of allproducts and services along with the features andbenefits.
