As an Guest Service Agent Apprentice with Hilton you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months. No prior experience needed – just a passion for Guest Service

What will I be doing?

Contribute to high levels of customer service in front office Manage customer relations when necessaryComply with and have full knowledge of regulations regarding Health and SafetyUndertake any reasonable duties that may be assigned by the senior manager in the hotelComplete all aspects of the training programme
