We're looking for Senior Project Manager (MEP) to joinKier M&E on a new project in centralLondon

 

Location:London

Contract: Full-time,Permanent. Ask us about other flexibleoptions.

 

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Senior Project Manager (MEP)you will sit within our Kier M&E business which is our selfdelivery M&E team who work closely with KierConstruction.

The Senior Project Manager (MEP)will be accountable for:

  • Managing project delivery from initial bidstage to completion.
  • Meeting companyobjectives post-contract.
  • Input intopre-contract requirements focusing on customer care and businessexcellence.

Further keyresponsibilities will include:

  • Identify and manage project risks with effectivemitigation measures.
  • Manage procurement anddelivery of subcontractor and supplier packages.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality managementprocedures by the supply chain.
  • Oversee theMEP delivery team including QA, design, procurement, commercial,installation, commissioning, subcontractors, andsuppliers.
  • Implement and comply with Kier'sSHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and bestpractices.

What are we lookingfor?

  • Previous Project Managementexperience within the Constructionindustry.
  • A sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEPsystems.
  • Commercially and Contractuallyaware.
  • The ability to lead a team and drive a projectforward.
