General Manager - The Cocktail Club


We are looking for a hands-on General Manager with exceptional Cocktail skills and knowledge, as within this Venue we are all about creating the highest quality Cocktails. Here in TCC Bristol Triangle we are very much a product led venue which is all about the Cocktails.


We are looking for a General Manager who is a true party starter Someone who is willing to go above & beyond and create the best party atmosphere possible. Jump on the Bar-top... throw some wild shapes... swing the lights... throw the ice... sing 'til your hearts content & help get the party in full swing


We are The Cocktail Club, where the party's OFF THE HOOK and the bartenders are straight up LEGENDS. Leave your inhibitions at the door and get ready for mind-blowing cocktails, epic vibes, and permission to let loose. EVERYONE. WELCOME. ALWAYS.

What We Need:

General Managers are the backbone of our teams by setting example and supporting every single team member We are looking for standout people to come and make a real impact in the business


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Handle P&L management, stock control, meeting targets, and submitting reports.
  • Be a creative manager, coming up with innovative ideas to make your bar the best place to visit and work.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, inspiring and incentivise them to deliver 5-star service.
  • Ensure compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety standards.
  • Organize team rotas and efficiently manage labour.


Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of General Manager experience within a high-volume late-night Bar is required.
  • First-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
  • Confident with handling money and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and team-building skills.
  • Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Approachable, self-motivated, and driven with excellent communication skills.
  • You'll need to be a hands-on manager who isn't afraid to get behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out those dozen Old Fashions
