Our Production Chefs

Based in our Central Production Kitchen, our production chefs are responsible for maintaining high standards of work as directed by the kitchen lead, ensuring flexibility, creativity, and drive while being customer focused to ensure our guests enjoy amazing experiences. They also oversee the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain high standards of food safety, while supporting senior kitchen team members and training junior members. Fully engaging in the estate and all its offerings, they play a crucial role in creating delicious food for our events, day visitors, and ecommerce business, as well as preparing key items such as stocks, compotes and chutneys for use in our restaurants.
