Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days (Includes rotational weekend and bank holiday working)
Our Reservations Agents
Our Reservations Agents are self-motivated, confident and personable individual with high attention to detail. The role involves working as part of a team to ensure all visitor attraction, hotel, spa & restaurant enquiries are responded to accurately, and in a timely manner, whilst pro-actively monitoring upcoming bookings and ensuring all guest needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a smile
- Proactively assist guest's with enquiries
- Respond to incoming emails pre-empting any further enquires guests may have
- Successfully convert new enquiries
- Manage guest expectations
- Accurately record reservations
- Payment handling over the phone and via online systems
- Enforce company parameters & cancellation policies
- Ensure data is stored securely
- Assist colleagues & other departments where required

Our reservations team are a key part of the hotel & visitor attraction, being the first point of contact for most guests, usually by phone or email. We pride ourselves in offering each guest a personalised experience, through building relationships and pre-empting their needs.
