Are you a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Representative looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to spearhead sales growth for our client who is a specialist Engineering business.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new opportunities, developing winning sales strategies, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach, particularly in selling high-value, bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Representative:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong client relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure high-margin contracts.
Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
Represent the company at industry events, promoting products and capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions.
Provide accurate forecasting, prospect reporting, and client feedback to support business planning.
Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all client interactions.
As the Senior Sales Representative, you will have:
A proven track record with 5+ years' experience in Business Development or Sales within engineering.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the local authority market and procurement.
A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Industry knowledge in street furniture, bus shelters, signage, or architectural metalwork markets.
