Working as a Bank Chef atBarchester, you will have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurantstandards without the split shifts and long weeks. You will assistthe Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balancedmenus whilst working with residents to tailor menus around them. NEED TOHAVE

A personable and warmapproach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents
Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
Experience in helping lead and inspire a team
A goodunderstanding of nutrition
Experience of working withfresh seasonal food
The ability to create a warm andwelcoming environment within our home
Good understandingof HACCP

Work fresh produce to deliver highquality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality andstandards
