Assistant Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant

  • Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective action as needed
Objectives
  • To ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently at all times.

  • To develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • To create a positive and enjoyable working environment for staff members.
  • To develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of highquality ingredients and products
Assistant Restaurant Manager Job Skills & Qualifications Needed
  • Proven experience as assistant restaurant manager or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to date with food trends and best practices
  • Valid alcohol license

About you

  • Have at least 1 year working within an Italian branded restaurant.
  • Experience managing staff, within a restaurant environment.

Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from you as part of the recruitment process, and you must be eligible to live and work in the UK. (Asylum, Immigration & Nationality Act 2006).
