Requirement: We arecurrently looking for a Field Care Supervisor who can work in ouroffice located in 5 Ella Mews NW3 2NH.

MainResponsibilities:

  • Conduct client risk assessments, care planning, andreviews.
  • Maintain accurate records, careplans, and financial transactions in compliance withGDPR.
  • Monitor and assess the performance ofour care workers.
  • Ensure each service userreceives appropriate care, emphasising continuity.
  • Provide support and supervision to new careworkers.
  • Liaise with placement teams, socialworkers, and other professionals.
  • Conductservice user reviews as needed and perform spot check visits toensure quality care.
  • Cover short notice careabsences when necessary.
  • Report comments,complaints, and compliments to the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain KPIs to ensure quality andcompliance.
  • Support branches with on-callduties as per the rota.

  • Discretion and the ability to handleconfidential matters and sensitively.
  • Have theability to thrive under pressure and good organisational andmultitasking skills.
  • Showcase a high level ofattention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
  • Have excellent communication skills, always professionaland polite.
  • Competence in Microsoft Officeproducts: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
  • Proactive and ability to use initiatives during complexsituations.
