The HR Dept offers a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals looking to start their own HR business in their local area.

Since 2002, we’ve been providing outsourced HR support to SMEs across the UK and now operate over 120 territories nationwide. With territories still available, we’re looking to help more HR professionals become their own boss, without going it alone.

We have solo franchisees, franchisees with teams, single territory owners and multi-territory owners. We understand success looks different to everyone so, whatever business you wish to grow is down to your drive and ambitions.

What we look for

  • HR Generalists with CIPD Level 7 and/or senior HR experience.
  • Ability to follow a plan, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Long term vision and commercial mindset.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with SMEs.
  • Resilience and willingness to devote time to business growth, particularly in the early stages.
  • Eagerness to embrace the network, group initiatives and community involvement.
