Qualifications & Skills:

  • England and Wales qualified solicitor
  • Open on PQE but need to have previous corporate and commercial law experience

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills
