About the Role:

BDM Recruitment is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a premium, high-net-worth (HNW) estate agency brand in Ickenham, Middlesex. With multiple offices across the Middlesex area, including nearby Hillingdon, Pinner, and Ruislip, this role offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking to maximise their high earnings potential.

This full-time, Monday to Friday role offers the opportunity to work from a dedicated Mortgage Hub in Ickenham, with the added benefit of one day per week working from home. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of 9 highly successful estate agency introducers, managing high-value mortgage cases with property values averaging £400,000 and ranging up to £3m.

With over 200 properties sold per month in the area and a high volume of hot mortgage leads generated from the estate agency network, this role offers an incredible earning opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, with the ability to handle complex cases and provide bespoke mortgage and protection advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Management: Receive 12-15 new hot mortgage leads weekly from the Middlesex estate agency network, including access to new client registrations and an extensive database of existing clients.
  • Mortgage & Protection Advice: Offer expert advice across the entire mortgage market, recommending the most suitable solutions for clients. Advise on mortgage-related protection plans via a panel of 6 life assurance providers.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings (as required), providing tailored advice for both HNW clients and overseas investors. Handle complex mortgage cases and high-value property transactions.
  • Collaborative Working: Work closely with a team of 9 estate agents, capitalising on premium leads and supporting in client management.
  • Case Management: Oversee the smooth processing of your mortgage cases with the support of a dedicated mortgage administration team, ensuring timely completions and high-quality service.
  • Access to Market-Leading Products: Advise clients from a broad range of mortgage providers, ensuring that you can offer the best deals across the market, including bespoke protection options.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Mortgage Advisor Qualifications: CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Experience in Mortgage Advice: A proven background as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, with experience advising on both mortgage and protection solutions.
  • HNW Client Experience: Experience dealing with HNW clients and complex mortgage cases is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with clients, providing high-quality, professional advice.
  • Organisation & Efficiency: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and deliver exceptional service.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A clean driving licence is required for client visits when necessary.
  • Clean Credit History & No Criminal Convictions are essential for this role.
