Senior Sales & Marketing Manager - Tech brand
Our client is hiring their first Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. The business is growing at pace with revenue of around £12m, and they're planning their next phase of growth. They are going through a full rebrand, positioning, go to market strategy, digital and content strategy, and they now need a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead this, and their sales strategy.
They have recently appointed a new creative agency who will oversee the brand refresh, and then set their creative and strategic tone and guidelines. The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will come in and work closely with them, and the senior management team, and then drive sales and marketing for the business.
Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning technology company based in central London. They work in a hybrid way, 2 days a week in the office and 3 at home, or however you want to split your days but time in the office is required.
They specialise in creating innovative software solutions to support customers, technology consulting services to support Oracle applications and other services, including business transformation, digital process automation and integration optimisation.
The role is split in two, and the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee and lead both areas. It's a hands-on role and we need a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who will roll their sleeves up and help create further growth and drive marketing excellence. And you will be rewarded for this growth, as they have a great salary and uncapped bonus attached to this role based on new business brought into the organisation.
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to promote, market and sell their software solutions, consulting offerings and what they do.
The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with the leadership team, overseeing the creative and design agency partner, driving the marketing, digital and content strategy, updating website content / working with website hosting partner, generating leads, pre-qualifying them, and closing deals with the support of the management team.
You will be equally as strong as leading and building the sales pipeline, and you'll have a solid understanding of marketing. You will have the support of the creative agency, and you will execute their thinking into the business, and then go on to drive growth.
It's the first time this business is bringing in a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, therefore you'll have the opportunity to make your mark and put into practise all you have learnt from previous roles, and make this one genuinely your own. There will be excellent career progression here and further down the line you will have the opportunity to build your own team.
They're a great team to work with also, smart thinkers, driven and focused.
