You can expect an experienced and professional environment where ambition is seen as a strength.This role offers excellent prospects for the successful candidate to develop their career with an established company.About the RoleThe role primarily involves receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls in order to verify fleet Insurance details from prospective clients.They would expect the successful candidate to develop their skills towards attaining promotion to the position of Fleet Sales Advisor.Their business has gone from strength to strength and is now a well-known household name within the Motor Trade Industry. This team deals with complex motor insurance risks as well as standard ones.Desirable Experience:Fleet Insurance preferred, although experience gained in other areas of Insurance will be consideredDesirable Skills:Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, coverage options, and industry regulationsFamiliarity with specific motor insurance products, including their features, benefits, and pricingEffective sales and negotiation abilities to communicate value, address objections, and close dealsExceptional customer service skills to provide support, address inquiries, and handle claimsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to explain insurance concepts and actively listen to customer needsSounds interesting?
